Soo Haggischeque - you're saying that you've been paid to post on these boards? You've said previously that you're employed by a FTSE 100 bank - if they find out about that sort of activity you certainly won't be for much longer!
I see they reduced their short on ITM marginally not long ago. Been bitten a bit today as they are up over 20% on a trading update. Anyone who believes the oddballs on here are paid buy them is in tinfoil hat territory, by the way.
A revised PSC filing should be made within 14 days of a change - so it was due yesterday. Not really seeing a reason for panic, particularly as Companies House is, for the purposes of reliable information , about as much use as a chocolate teapot
Where are you seeing that? https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/15264396/filing-history
I'd say charts are close to irrelevant for a company at this stage. Profitable income will move the price; it's clear that potentially exciting announcements but with no clarity regarding that will no longer do so.
Getting the Speedy deal over the line was obviously great news although for now it is more about expense than revenue (fair enough at this stage) and it won't be until we start to see cashflow coming through from equipment hirers that we can really make any call on to what degree the arrangement can be a game changer - on it's own, probably not.
So, with a view to being able to look at the deal in the right context I wonder who are the firms that will, hopefully, be hiring the power units?
Speedy is a very prominent name; you can hardly walk down a high street without seeing a truck, a generator etc. so I was a bit surprised to see it only has a market cap of c. £160m, only around a third more than AFC. So, do the really big players in construction that have been trialling AFC units use Speedy? The likes of Keir, Keltbray, Mace, Colas etc.? I have no idea but I hope so given the exclusive nature of the arrangement.
