Bill at the end of 22 we had £1.52 mil in t bonds. Dec 23 RNS no longer hold t bonds, I’m not sure how the bod would get the money into Russia with sanctions in place, but the money went somewhere.

I bought at 3p held the shares for 9 months sold at 5.4 and bought back in again at 2.5 that’s two buys and one sell in 9 months, apparently that makes me a trader, but this is from someone who is so up to date he doesn’t even know that the bod describe themselves as a mining company. 🫏

I think Crypto the requirements comes under the full disclosure requirement, and the requirement to not withhold relevant information.

Tequirements for publicly traded companies include the requirement to disclose any inside information to the market without delay! Inside information includes an offer.

The Code also ensures that takeovers are conducted in an orderly fashion by following the rules and guaranteeing full disclosure to all shareholders. Not only that, company directors are bound to prevent the creation of a false market in their shares by withholding relevant information.

I still think the biggest problem is the lack of operating funds going forward, sometime between the 2022 accounts and Dec 2023 the t bonds disappeared, we have an unspecified number of tax rebates due, and some concentrate, seriously devalued since it was mined, some of which may or may not have already been sold. PM prices have dropped, supply currently outweighs demand. Any potential buyer can afford to wait until the money runs out, or there has to be another fund raising. I’m not sure what the response to that would be considering the lack of progress.
