Cheesy botski thanks for updating us on Russia lowering interest rates, improved economy etc, but I think you forgot to mention that in order to achieve those artificial lower rates Russia has for the first time in 26 years been forced to sell from its gold reserves with 22 tonnes of gold sold so far this year.

I suspect the gold price has been impacted by Russia selling some of its gold reserves to offset the financial impact of the Ukraine invasion with 22 tonnes sold so far this year.
