The Company is still awaiting a date for the ‘ execution of the regulatory agreements’ and the formal signing ceremony That was July.

Could that be what has caused the delay in signing?

@Crypt, could you provide confirmation from an RNS or somewhere else that it has actually been signed please? The fee has been paid.

The Company is currently waiting for final approvals and the names of the Government-nominated directors of Songwe and upon notification, the executable versions of all documents will be prepared, and it is expected that a formal signing ceremony will then occur.

Since then no updates unless it was done in secret the mining license hasn’t even been signed, this despite Pubcrawl and Toffers telling us it would be done on Saba Saba day (that was July) and then September to coincide with the10th Anniversary (but still six days to go on that one)

@pubcrawl, you have calling it as a buying opportunity as the SP has consistently dropped Lower and lower, how many times do you need to be wrong before you get the message. This drop was correctly predicted by multiple posters whilst you were claiming no one can judge the bottom.

I’m part of an investment club we did a fair bit of research into HE 1, I’m about to get ready to go out, if Mrs Offler ever finishes in the bathroom, but if I’ve got time Monday will share our research notes(pros and cons) if anyone is interested?

Add to that above ground storage and transportation evaporation and seepage rates. There’s a reason the USA invested so much in below ground storage and a 500 mile pipeline, the site is250 miles from the nearest port.

I’m aware of the history of Helium extraction but as an example Exxon have a $900 million a year development and research budget and have never shown any interest.

It’s not just the trial stage that makes it a punt, and perhaps not of interest to the principles,

@Blue not anecdotal (not necessarily true or reliable) surface seepage was recorded from 1956, the fact that no helium producers followed that up until the Oxford University group actually reinforces the lack of interest. My question remains why?

@Pubcrawl, the presence of Helium has been known since 1956, principle helium producers have had 69 years to apply for exploration licences and then carry out appraisal work. NONE have ever been interested.
