They did due diligence, hence the RNS yesterday. They had to respond to last weekends speculation and quickly, which they did.

Sadly Matt you got carried away as displayed by your own very rampy posts. If you have a gambling problem I feel for you, close all your trading accounts and leave the gambling den of the stockmarket well alone is what I would do.

Nobody will do it, but I think those promoting the shorting of this stock should be looked at very closely indeed.

The following caveats included in the RNS in response to speculation although not what some will want to read again, will I believe show UPL acted within the law. They had to respond honestly to the weekend of speculation.

But you stated shedloads had been sold , so shedloads were bought , you know that's how the market works/ I'm off now, don't have nightmares.

We haven't any notifications of holding reductions , which would imply the big hitters still hold.

Of course some are angry that this " offer" has not come to fruition. But the bod rejected the offer as they did not consider it high enough. That imo is a positive.

They had to release market sensitive info , it had already been leaked prior to the RNS.
