tell me why it matters whether a bought a share that didnt work 15 or 20 years ago? Compared with that company running out if money in q2 2021. I sometimes wonder if everybody here realises that med3000 was a quick hoped for back up option after the company's flagship product (med2005) was found to be no better than the vehicle (placebo) of med3000. lol, i invested £1000 20 years ago a year after I left university on the promise of the condoms with lubricant that would strengthen ejections. I bought at about 80p. Gamble didnt pay off. I'm a more sophisticated investor now. I was early twenties then. Some people here sound now same age as I am now, but dont sound very sophisticated.

im not saying its a dad duck. Im saying it wont be approved Q1 2021 or even q2 2021 by ema. And im saying that FUM will need extra funding for the FDA trial ($3million dollars). And that it runs out of money "Q2 2021". So will need either:

1. A partner who will fund the $3million and all of 2021 (£2million pounds). So approx $5-6million dollars. Ok. Where is the news on these things:

1. Partner buy-in
2. Cash resources for FUM

Because all i can see are people like backinblack and ananda saying "almost there" and "approval Q12021" - wont happen. As ema not even commented once. So therefore SP will decrease and then is the time to buy in.

There is the chance a partner will give the $6million, but why would they at this point? Thats probably why no announcement - there are discussions, but the partner is saying "we will wait until we hear from EMA on the submission". Wouldnt you??? If you were investing $6million????? Basics!!!!

Back in black. Im glad that FUM is where you thought it would be by December 2020 lol. In the Summer you and other rampers were saying that by "take off was any time now, buy now or miss out". Implying about 60-£1 by November.

The ema havd had the submission for 5-6 months. I work in the area too. They will have looked at it and now we will only hear in Jan... implying it wont be approved at first submission (few things are).

Also, teh SP dilution cant be priced in. To entice people to invest, FUM will offer current shareholders below the price teh SP is currently trading at (otherwise people could just invest now). This will bring the SP down as its being sold at discounted prices.

its not 100% accurate. But its 1.08 p difference. As opposed to rampers prediction for Nov of between 50p and £1.

You telling me that over the next 3 working weeks that FDA minutes, EMA green light for approval/response, partner confirmed, partner confirmed paying for FDA and running costs (as even if approval by June, wont be enough to fund FUM until its making profits).

1. News on EMA submission? Been about 5 months now. Longer it goes, the more likely medium level comments at least. Definitely no approval after first review by EMA (you read it here first)
2. FDA minutes?
3. News on a partner?
4. Information on if partner will just fund FDA new trial (approx. $3million) or also bank roll FUM until approval? Money runs out "Q2 2021". Meaning new investment needed or share dilution by Feb time. Not long to go.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? I feel if no news before end of year, SP will decline to 10-12p.

where are the buys? There were two buys yesterday for total of £29k. This morning, only been sells (small amounts). Over the past two months, there has been a 60% sell vs 40% buy. So i dont see the confidence Ananda. All: just look at the LSE trade volumes and value.

The market since the RNS obviously is very positive about FUM! ;) No FDA minutes yet, no update on EMA submission in June/July. No update on partner. Dont tell me, the new partner will be negotiating on Christmas day?? There are 4 weeks left for all those things above to happen. Or are you really all telling me that you all expected from the last RNS that the above 3 things would happen in 2021?

As I said before EMA approval will not be before Q3/Q4 2021. But hey ho, knock yourself out.

we will see. They dont officially "wait" but there is (or tries to be) an alignment. Thats why its rare to fail US and approve ema or vice versa

That isnt right. FDA and ema are largely (85%) aligned on approvals. Very few drugs fail in either ema and FDA review and are approved by the other.

if you look at what FDA and EMA approves, its about 85% the same. And most of that 15% are things approved in US (higher use of drugs, larger healthcare insurance budgets). Very few drugs fail in US and approved in EU. So the ema unlikely to approve before this significant piece of data. They approve in June 2021, FDA trial reports - the vehicle o MED3000 (no active ingredient as the company themselves says) gives results worse than tadalfil. EMA then look stupid with the latest data. They will not do that. If you disagree (and in my job i liaise with EMA) then give me reasons why

why would a partner buy in now? Before ema feedback and before fda trial results? after surprising and disappointing phase 3 results? Why not wait?until after sp and market valuation decrease? why take the risk?

its been submitted via ema. Anything submited before brexit will use that process. Brexit has no impact on them - they are priorities and massive workload. But should hear start of feb. BUt they are unlikely to grant approval before wanting to see the results of the new FDA trial - they fear looming stupid. Approving and then it failing this trial
