Hi Bucolic. To answer your question. I think if Med3000 gets approved, it will sell more than the condoms. Very several reasons:
1. Target audience, as you say
2. Use - condoms used less than ED treatment, as you say
3. FUM will have learned from previous very bad mistakes on marketing and choice of marketing partners
However, i dont think it will be on the factor needed to get the SP where you guys want it. Condoms sell £35k a year - revenue. Not even profit. So nothing. You will need it to sell by factor of 100s to get anywhere near your more optimistic levels. I dont think it will happen.
Also, the current situation also makes me negative on the stock (in addition to above and the bad management and mistakes FUM have made over the past 15 years). Do you think that after that time they will have learned any better? I think bad management is now ingrained. sorry. But beyond that, the current situation is negative. I repeat:
1. After nearly 7 months, no news from EMA. From experience, the longer it goes, the more questions they have
2. FDA (similar to EMA) have requested a new trial. That is a pretty major ask (relatively)
3. No news on partner - it was implied by FUM that news would come before Xmas
4. FUM runs out of money in May 2021
Doesnt look great does it? Ananda keeps on saying "days away". Even he doesnt believe it. But lets see by end of Feb
What makes more sense of a stock being "days away" is skin biotheraeputics. I bought at 19p with profits from other investing just after Xmas. Now 34/35p. Up 30% yesterday, 20% today. That is what happens to a product that is planned and getting good data. You get stagnation with shares like FUM that have over 15 years continually disappointed. And Im afraid it still does.
Honestly. And i mean honestly, Bucolic. Back in July when i joined this, did you think FUM would be in this situation in January 2021? I remember a ramper saying to me "you dont know its going to only approved in 2021, it could be before then." If you look back at anada/rampers posts in July, it makes a mockery of where FUM really is now
I am sorry for you Bucolic. Really. But the share is a dud. I will only invest (and even then only £3k for fun) after imminent dilution and if it goes below 10p.
