Not sure that is correct. when i accepted the meeting, it came us as 10am MST on my calendar. GMT -6 would make it 9 am PST. I could be wrong. My invite says it starts in 18 hours.

Would be curious to know that answer also, but not sure we would get a straight answer from him. Just my opinion of course.

What do you believe is the most important questions. I've submitted a few but not sure what some are looking to be asked.

Hopefully a few of us are asking some questions during this meeting. I know i have a few. Will be curious to see if the company might makes some changes in leadership since a lot of what we have heard the last 2 years might have misled us a bit.....just my opinion of course.

Agree, I had thought the plan was to get it to a buck a share and then sell (or close to that). Seems nothing POQ has said has worked out, not sure why he is still in his position. Now he is just a pawn for BS. Based on the $1 a share dream, now with a 250 to one split, i'd have to get about 250.00 a share for that dream. I just don't see how that happens now.

Up front, I own about 2Mil shares of this ugly baby, so I'm a little bit into the stock. I call it an ugly baby just because of the way it's been managed in my opinion by someone that appears to be overpaid for what he has done to this point. Hopefully with BS on board, the damage can stop. First thought.....I'm not a big fan of the 250-1 reverse split. Second thought....why has POQ scheduled a call to explain what was just decided in more detail. it appears, he is a "most hated man" right now, but he would have a chance to redeem that if he did. The other think they could say is that they will no longer issue additional shares...they have diluted it enough. While i did expect a reverse split comming, i didn't expect it to be that large. maybe 100-150 to 1, but 250 is a big number.

Not sure why we are consolidating vs retiring some of the floating shares. That being said, I'm not an expert on how that works or if it can.

What is everyone's thoughts on buying TBN stock now that they are on the NY Exchange. Once the prices settles.

They certainly seem to step on their own willy at each turn of success. I would hope that they would do another POQ shareholder call so that he could explain this latest "expert" move.....Ha ha ha! Would also bee good to know what Sheffy feels about this...i'm sure he had input.

Seems he sures owes the shareholders some answers.....otherwise, he is a snakeoil salesman. Or, more of a bait and switch con artist. I've always giving him the benefit of the doubt on some of what he has said, but this seems to go a bit to far.

Saw this today:

25 March 2024 - Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. (TSXV: FO, AIM: FOG) announces that it has elected to reduce its working interest in the proposed Shenandoah South Pilot Project (“Pilot) from 22.5% to 5%. This optimises Falcon’s interest in the Beetaloo, since Falcon will only have to pay for 5% of the costs of the two wells to be drilled in 2024 as part of the Pilot but will still retain a 10% working interest in the enlarged area of circa 72,000 acres around the Pilot and a 22.5% working interest in the remaining 4.52 million acres.

I don't understand the lack of increase in SP. Somebody evidently has info that we all don't have, or so it appears. It's just frustrating watching it with the news that came out and the Q&A that POQ had. Heck, just some movement back into the .20 cent range would be a positive for most of us investors.

About me: I'm not an expert in the oil business, I do have a sizable stake in FOLGF and have a few years to hold on. Best of luck to all.

I believe some are using it as an opportunity to buy down...a wise move. the oil in the ground isn't going anywhere, it's a matter of reaching it with the right equipment. these setbacks happen quite often when explorying....BS and the team are still confident or they wouldnt' be there. May have to hold my shares a while longer. After listing to POQ today on the conf call, they plan two wells by the end of the year...what's another 6 months. A lot of people are blaming him for things out of his control. though i'm not a huge fan of him....yet.

Brian Sheffield bought into this partnership because he saw something worthwhile. would be curious to here his opinion of Falcon with these results....as well as his opinion of POQ. I think he could have a more trustable input now...i've listned to POQ for a few years now and here we are.

longknife, i believe you may be wrong here or I may be mistaken. Origin had agreed to fund Falcon for the next two wells. from what i understand, that deal was picked up by the buyer. anything that was planned was picked up by the buy. Now, if we want to execute the right of first refusal, we need to come up with a partner or $$ to purchase that 77.5%. but anything that was planed as far as drilling was purchased with the deal and has to be part of that contract.

Why not go to Santos within the next 30 days (right of refusal time) with an offer to not only get Falcon but the 77.5% (letting Santos come up with the $$'s? just an option. I think that is the leverage you have with Tamborin....if any. Curious to see how this plays out but right now i don't see it changing falcon's SP since it's so low. some will be selling out of fear, but think it will bounce back.

Maybe, just maybe, now that Mr. Sheffield is involved/interested in the company. We could email him our questions and may be the board will answer him since the won't answer our emails. Surely they would answer questions that he poses. I don't have his email address but it is a though. I'd like to know why nothing was done this year except hire a communications person who has had nothing to communicate since the company didn't do anything.

UncleBuk, Why would i be on a filter list. did I something that was wrong? or did I just hurt some feelings. i doubt that you have me under a different name as i don't have the time. Have vested interest as i have a couple million shares. would like to see some progress.....maybe you don't care if there is progress. Also, I'd never comment on someone voicing their opinion unless they were lying bout something. Don't believe i lied about anything in my statement of "A year of inactivity".

I often wonder if the leadership of the company recognize the inactivity over the last year? I'd be ashamed of taking the salary for the lack of work. Of course this is just one man's opinion but i haven't seen any progress over the last year. and If I were in a leadership position, I'd feel pretty guilty for taking my salary. maybe these folks don't have a conscience though. We all see how much they get paid, and for what this last year? unless there is significant news coming out of the July 14th meeting it seems it's a wasted year. Again, just my humble opinion. I've written the email on the website a few times and have never received a reply...that seems sad also. Not sure why they have the contact page if they don't want to answer anyone.
