So my calculations are correct if i had 1000 shares????

When first published, we were looking at 00686 per share of TBN per share of falcon. Does that still stand? so if i had 1000 shares of falcon i should get 6.7 shares of TBN, no matter the current price. or, was their a TBN price share Cap?

Market seems to be liking the deal. TBN is at U.S. 43.00 plus today.

My concern is the word "significant". that means FOG believes its a harder hill to climb i would think.

If there is no litigation on this "merger", when is it planned to happen? it seems that in the long run (2-3 years), there will be some benefit if things continue as they are moving. I do think it will be better that POQ will be out of the picture as i believe he was not fully honest with us but sometimes that happens. have held my 2Mil shares this long and no need to sell now. Just want to get it over and move on. and maybe the TBN stock continues to rise. Not sure i would go with another KIP at VRA though on something like this as he spent many years pumping this one as the "stock of the century". I take the blame though.

Does anybody know what happens to the Africa portion of the Falcon Company? does it just go with the deal? seems odd that there would be no value to that? As with most, i believe POQ has shafted us as i didn't' see this come up anywhere in the negotiated deal.

Thought we weren't supposed to bring politics into the board...maybe i'm wrong. but since it appears you are not MAGA, you may be the slow one here. considering most of the people running these companies are very pro MAGA. check your ego my friend.

Why would you doubt that he is getting some $$ out of this.

Shareholders could hold this up on court with a Class Action if some firm agreed there was a case. Just based on POQ's guidance to buy more during the last call if that happened and nothing was ever alluded to in terms of negotiations behind the scene of a buyout. just seems a bit shady, but i'm sure it happens all the time. i'd have to go back and re-listen to the call. Have never been a fan Of POQ, he has always bee allusive and vague on most calls. Not a big fan of the offer although i see some upside long term.

Never said it's success was because of Kip, just said he pumped it. not sure how you saw that in my comment...unless you wanted to.

Could not agree more on KIP and this stock. He also pumped his friend's stock Winner's (Wayne Allen Roots' company). as well as a couple others. I Also think Falcon will pay off but not the Stock of the Sentry. I remember he was till pumping at .22 a share. Now it's at 8 and i will be surprised if it makes .50. but i hope it does. but even then, a 5x after holding 10 years is nothing for KIP to brag about. Holding long...i have a few years left or it's their for my kids/grandkids. Hell, right now i'd be happy with .22 and the future it may have. PS. i have emailed KIP about a couple of those stocks but he never emails back about them.

Anybody hearing anything? thought we were going to do a reverse split in March pending news.....haven't heard any news one way or the other.

So if everything is delayed, does that mean they will delay the decision non the reverse split? i didn't see that addressed or asked anywhere? any idea?

Don't know that i agree with you....basically he said it is common, they would reinforce and move on. but, I can certainly understand why you would cry wolf in light of all the other issues Falcon seems to create for themselves. I think it's a quick fix though and move on.

I never heard POQ say that it was the stock of the century, i may have missed that. I did hear Kip Herriage say that in his newsletter and calls when i was a member of his group (www.vraletter.com). it and a couple other stocks he recommended are why i'm no longer a member.

Questions had to be submitted before the meeting according to the announcement. I don't believe there were a lot of question submitted.

Possibly Feb 25 if flow rates are met and the bank likes the trajectory of the company from what i heard this morning.

The meeting only lasted about 10 minutes. maybe folks didn't understand that they were supposed to submit questions beforehand. i had submitted 3 questions and all were answered. Amazingly there were only 6 or 7 questions submitted. for all the Hoopla on this board and on others, i would have thought there would have been more. Bottom line is they have a "major bank" in the U.S. interested....not sure who or what defines "major". will only do reverse split if flow rates of the two wells are met and the bank is getting interest from possible investors is what i understood from the call. the 250 to 1 reverse split gives them an 10-20 dollar range to get on the NYSE at a decent price vs a 50 to 1 split for the $3 minimum for the NYSE. if the split happens, possibly in executed in Feb 2025 if i heard correctly.
