Point taken, but, for myself, BUR is not at all an easy stock, because of the nature of its business and the margin for subjective judgement in accounting for it, (as I understand it, have not been tempted to look at it in detail).

BUR closed down 0.6% - prefer ANGS's performance today.

Closed at the day's high - 187.00p.

In the meantime, the stock is up 11.6% - it's a start!

They won't want a placing with the share price where it is currently - it is, therefore, reasonable to assume they will be doing all they can to get their share price up!

A bit harsh, YL, given that the Chairman took his first year's remuneration in shares priced at 3 pence, a premium of approximately 94% to the closing price on 16 July 2019, subject to a 1 year lock in period.

The share price makes no allowance for Clogau's potential.

Think the price could just as easily be quoted at 1p as at 0.175p, as at present.

1/ application for ewt at Balcombe expected to be submitted before the end of August, ie very soon;
2/ Saltfleetby should be the source of continuing updates as their plans advance;
3/ we await news about their decision concerning the future of Brockham;
4/ there could be news of another new venture at some stage.

The fact that Alba are prepared to sell their stake in HH (at the right price) means that, for the first time, investors cannot be sure there is a placing in the pipeline.

This should help to transform Alba's stock market profile and relieve some of the pressure on the share price.
