As for historical links, agreed, but with the stress on "historical", as in the past: the links between UKOG and Alba with ANGS ceased to exist quite some time ago.

There is debt, of $300m, but there is no net debt.
Cash balance is currently over $415m.

Don't think you should be confused, nomlungu, a company can be generating healthy cash flow and still find itself in circumstances where it wishes to raise funds in the market.
