Think that was Tellurian - 100m would have been too many for Riverfort (if they held any at the time, I forget the date of that 2x 50m trade).

The trade reported at the end of the day almost invariably respects the 15% limit, but I've not found it specified in the original RNS re the loan.

They are limited to 15% of the day's volume.

To date, Riverfort have sold all of their converted stock, signing off the sells of each tranche with the very precise number of shares corresponding to the balance of their converted shares.

Today is the first time ever that Riverfort have converted their loan BEFORE selling off all of their previous conversion.

Do you have an explanation for Riverfort's conversion of today BEFORE completing the sale of all of the converted shares from the previous loan conversion?

What is without precedent, I believe, is that this conversion has been launched BEFORE all of the previous converted stock has been sold (I reckon £69.5k of that has now been done).

Who knows? Perhaps Riverfort scent a share price rally in the offing and want to load up before it gets going.

Presumably, UKOG preferred a conversion of £75k than of £150k at this level.

The Loan attracts 0% interest and may, at the sole discretion of the Investors, be converted into new ordinary shares in the Company.

Liberum reinstates Topps Tiles as a ‘buy’

Liberum has reinstated a recommendation on Topps Tiles (TPT) as it believes management is being ‘proactive’ and adaptable.

Analyst Adam Tomlinson moved the recommendation from ‘under review’ to ‘buy’ but has not yet set a new target price.

Sales declined 80% year-on-year in April as Covid-19 forced the closure of all stores although there Tomlinson pointed to ‘promising signs with online sales’ which are three times higher than before the lockdown.

‘Management is being very proactive in adapting and reopening stores, such that the entire estate could be open on a controlled entry basis by the end of June,’ he said.

‘Liquidity at circa £14m remains comfortable and should rise by £10m in June as additional [government] funding becomes available.’
