PS: obvious point, but if production declines by 1/3rd and the oil price rises by 50%, then revenue remains unchanged.

UKOG has no financial debt and it's one significant liability is of £550k to PW Well Test Ltd due in more than 5 months, so mention of bankruptcy is not really appropriate.

Instead of the assay results, this is what investors should be focusing on:

Projected 550 m Main Lode extension identified
Projected 66 m vein system identified
2.1m wide quartz vein discovered in trench 10, comparable with widths in Clogau Mine

Imagine the potential of an extension of the Main Lode of more than half a kilometre!

The point about the assay results is that they already know the gold is high grade, so it's a question of finding it in commercial quantity by locating unexploited quartz veins.

On that score, to date, they seem to have made very good progress.

Think it's a buy, Cornsland, because think it is more than discounting the negative news and not allowing for the possibility of any positive news across the range of UKOG's projects.

Would put it as a "speculative" buy, but lse doesn't offer the choice of that opinion.

Am waiting for further developments before I can upgrade to a "strong" buy.
