This answer to an Investor Question was made by GL just this last Saturday:

"... We can say that given the sensitivity of the matter, if there were any significant road block then we would be under an obligation to inform the market immediately".

We know from the past that when GL says "immediately", he means it so, to date, there is no significant road block.
