The spike in gas prices at the time of the cold spell will have provided additional comfort about Saltfleetby's cash-generating capacity.

Nothing is 100%-certain until the funding arrangements are concluded, but the probability of a successful conclusion is heavily-weighted in ANGS's favour (imho).
