Personally, am happy just to let them get on with it.

They are confident (indeed, very confident might be more appropriate) and give every indication of knowing what they are doing.

Knocking off 50m for the cancelled 25m trade (advfn doesn't recognise a minus sign) volume is currently 391.3m.

It's not the number of shares that matters (unless there's a dividend to be paid!), it's the market cap.

See lse's trades, there was a cancelled trade, so 3 = 1 trade.

1st 25m trade at 0.1175p (a previous trade of that size and at that price appears to have been cancelled).
