Discussions are continuing. Given the materiality of the disposal we are advised not to give further detail outside of RNS announcements.

Back on 18/06/21, Angus produced a sum of the parts valuation (available on their site under Media/Presentations/2021). The key figures at the time were:
Saltfleetby: £20m
Lidsey: £15m after a prudential discount of 80% (so £75m before any discount)
Geothermal: £8m after a prudential discount of 90% (so £80m before any discount)
giving a total of £43m.

Obviously, a great deal has happened since then, including the enormous rise in natural gas prices and the work done by Angus to progress all 3 assets.
In addition, it should be noted that no account was taken at the time of either Brockham or Balcombe.

But simple revisions to the value of Saltfleetby and to the size of the prudential discounts re Lidsey and Geothermal do give an idea of the potential value of Angus's current asset portfolio.
