SS appears to be acting as a catalyst, to promote the project and bring it to the attention of a wider audience.

It's a big project, would expect UKOG to be come associated with some substantial players, over time.

Portland H2 value = zero.
Because nobody will lend UKOG (a minnow with an abysmal track record of keeping to the announced work schedule and budget) the £1 Billion necessary to even commence the project.

... the aim of reverting to NRW with full responses WITHIN THE NEXT TWO WEEKS OR SO. ONCE it has confirmed that it has no outstanding queries, the Company is hopeful that NRW will proceed to a decision SOON THEREAFTER on the grant of the permits so that the Company's dewatering activities may proceed. (my capitals).

We are getting there and, hopefully, in the near-ish term.
