It's when the selling abates that the share price should really benefit from this morning's RNS.

Barchart's opinion was a weak 8% buy about 8:30 am: it is now showing a 32% buy (having moved from hold yesterday):

Turkey: Pinarova-1 oil shows & testing

UK Oil & Gas PLC (London AIM: UKOG) is pleased to announce that after drilling ahead within the target Eocene Hoya limestone sequence, Pinarova-1 encountered oil shows in drill cuttings from 358 to 400 metres drilled depth. The onset of oil shows also corresponds with observed drilling fluid losses, potentially indicating permeability development within the Hoya reservoir. Given these encouraging observations, it has been decided to conduct open hole swabbed flow testing over the zone between 293 and 400 metres drilled depth. Preparations for testing operations are underway ...

Forget that, they've been reported. Executed earlier in the session, late-reported, explains why buy volume jumped by about 33m.

There's about 33m of buys to be reported later, trades 106-111.

Relatively quiet trading since about 10:00 (258.9m traded at present), but we are still above the volume for the whole of yesterday's session.

The peak on the 6-month graph looks to be about 0.076p. Break through that and UKOG looks to be out of the stable and into the paddock.
