They have not informed the market of failing to pay interest on the loan because there is no call to do so, given that they are paying interest on the loan.

You are unable to provide any evidence to support your claim that ANGS are not paying interest on their loan for cause, such evidence does not exist.

They have said they have made no repayments of capital. They have made no mention of payments of interest for the very simple reason that there is nothing to say, they are paying interest.

In other words, Bubblepoint, you can provide no evidence to support your claim that Angus has not been paying interest on its loan.
