The spike in April 2015 took the share price within one day's session from 1.10p to 4.75p at the peak, ie. the price multiplied by 4.3 times within a few hours of the opening.

PS: it was the day in April 2015 when, from memory, the stock rose from 1.10p to peak at 4.75p before closing just below 3.00p.

More than 50% was unlikely at the time, too, in April 2015: nevertheless, it happened. Could it happen again? I don't know. Not a question of being enthusiastic,simply dealing in facts.

Those spikes have taken place in very big volume. On one occasion, more than 50% of the stock's total capital changed hands during the course of a single day. With that kind of volume,, it's not a question of what existing PIs choose to do, they are quite simply swamped by new buyers. As you say, Gerry65, the coming months should be interesting.

UKOG is a stock which, on a number of occasions, has put on a lot very quickly. This has tended to happen on, surprise, surprise, news of encouraging developments. It could well be that news of encouraging developments is no longer very far away.
