Had a talk with Andrew at Genel ir....it was very positive.
There is a Dno update on the 1st of November, which will hopefully be more good news.
We are running around 37k bopd and probably around 40k in the near future, the low share price, however depressing, is not Genel specific, fund managers quite often take profits at their year end, and this could well be happening here as there are some profits to be had, in other words, a victim of our own success!!
From an operations point of view, everything is going well...

No real selling pressure, but an almost total absence of buying.

When it turns, it could be quite dramatic, but when that'll be, I have absolutely no idea.

I saw an interview with PM Barzani where he remarked that Kurdistan is located in a difficult neighbourhood.

But apart from that consideration, I think of Genel as being low risk and (hopefully) high reward.

If you are broke, you sell what is easy to sell.

There's no suggestion that Solo is broke, but there's no doubt that UKOG is a liquid stock.

There was a 50m share trade the other day.

It wouldn't take too many trades like that to shift Solo's holding in a hurry.

YA was £10m. Then there were 2 successive issues, for £5m and for £2m.

Not sure about your market timing, given that we're pretty close to an update of the Kimmeridge tests and Solo should be approaching the end of its selling, but good luck all the same!
