For myself, Friday's final results drew a line under the commercial failure of the BB ewt.

Once the market has digested those results, the share price should begin to rise as it anticipates UKOG's planned activity at HH.

Personally, I wouldn't want them to rule out more share issues.

The quotation "The group's continued future operations depend on the ability to raise sufficient working capital through the issue of equity share capital" comes from note 22 to the final results, Liquidity risk analysis, and begins:

All of the Group's liabilities are contractually due within one year.

That is, therefore, the year to 30/09/19.

Personally, I would have been surprised if the RNS had not contained a statement to this effect.

I was surprised by the size of the reported loss.

The key is to be found in note 9 to the final results, Intangible Assets, where exploration and evaluation costs suffered exploration write-offs of £11.56m.

Hopefully, those write-offs have "cleared the decks" for UKOG's future growth.
