I correct myself: the exceptional charge almost wholly related to the BB tests:

There was also one exceptional charge. This was an exploration and evaluation write-off of £11.56 million. This
was primarily comprised of a £9.25 million write-off of the BB-1 well and the BB-1z test. The BB-1 well was
impaired, as it was determined that as a result of wellbore damage we would be unable to be used for
production. The BB-1z test was impaired because, although oil flowed from the well it was determined that it
was unlikely to be commercial. The larger majority of the remaining exploration write off (£1.21 million) related
to Holmwood where the operator abandoned the site.

£16.747m was a significant loss.

It reflects the commercial failure of the BB ewt and the first year of consolidation of HHDL.

They cleaned up the balance sheet at the same time.

UKOG's reported loss for the year was £16.747m (RNS of 15/03/19).

Suspect the world's population includes a lot of babies and children - perhaps one could put the corresponding number of UKOG shares into a trust for them, once they've been acquired.

There seems to be quite a turnover amongst holders at the present time, it seems to be more than simply flipping of stock by subscribers to the recent placing.

Once those who want to sell have done so, a very solid base should have been established for the share's price recovery.

If nobody here attended the AGM, it means that some of the hype surrounding the stock has dissipated, which, in turn, means that positive news is likely to have a greater impact.
