Then N/T to buy L2 shows weird small Bids at higher price. Could not buy and sell.
Then lower crossing trade at 109.7 and then system back running again.

Maybe we could buy/license the tech ?

Opening a 2nd contact centre, supported by BT, in the UK at face value seems a good move.
IMO: there is a pent up demand for SME managed BT communication services.

But in a prudent way.

A normal, decent BOD would have announced deal, SP rise and then a raise at a higher SP.

I think you will find it is against LSE chat rules to mention the FCA.

My experience of reporting clear market abuse to the FCA and speaking to them is they will not keep you informed on progress.
I should watch public penalty announcements.
Did not even come back with acknowledgement or any communication at all.
Dissuaded me from reporting again.

Good assessment of SP RetiredBanker.
I sold and would not touch DMTR with a bargepole now.
But I will remember the BOD and broker who stole my money.
Destroying half value with one inane RNS after hours on a Friday.
Then a few days later, a criminally, Guiness Book of Records record discount of 0.1p placing (to mates) compared to the lowly 0.6p price.
Bad taste just before XMAS.
Who would trust this BOD or broker again ?

I've just spoken with Halifax IWEB.
They have not issued the Corporate action document yet but it will be soon.
I would expect....
They will hold the shares the consolidated shares in your account but be
untradeable. They deal on the NASDAQ so eventually if / when the company
goes onto the NASDAQ they will be tradable again.
