I was also hit by CB with his #BZT placement by his 18.75% placement on the 21st October. That was after SP had fallen a bit with market suspecting one. CB shows no contrition either. So its been a bad, losing week on the placement front. I could get really bitter with the Three Amigos.
I know we are fighting a rigged hand so will roll the punches, take the hit as had spread pf out for risk.
Have made back a bit with some good trades.

You make a lot of valid points and insight.
I have been a Investor in Europa metals for many years sometimes at loss situations and made money on spikes, at times but that 42.7% discount placement was the last straw. The BOD could not even give us hope where they would spend the money. This will be last time I invest with LR and MC in any company. Once bitten...
Also, WH Ireland, with such a huge discount, show their worth and morals (NOT). Essentially lost our money to give to their clients. They have been fined by the FCA before. Why would you use such a broker ?

Of course posting Accounts at 4PM on a Friday IS to bury them.

Funny no post-period comment and they did not mention the 42.7 per cent discount placement.
Arrogance of BOD to PI. Not a word of apology. No thought of an Open Offer.

Not only is it a ridiculously big discount at 40% to get the placing away it is for 30 million shares.
We only have 42 million shares (after the consolidation).
Funny thats: 42% of the enlarged market cap.
Brings me to tears.
My only fallback is I am quite diversified to take the hit.
