I have just read the resolutions. I really want to support the company and give Colin
the opportunity he asks for BUT
I am inclined to vote for 1a and 2 but I find 1b too much to stomach and intend to vote against.
Whats your opinion ?

I would hope you have read articles explaining President Modi use to run GSPC and won't let this happen because of what might be uncovered. Although the banks do went to wind it up and recover dosh for themselves.

You can vote with any size holding. The number of shares voting will be added up to decide the result.
Also, if you decide to attend the EGM meeting you have to be issued an authority to attend letter from your broker.

You tell your broker of your voting intentions; this can be by phone, message or by return of paper form.
It depends how they operate. They collate the results and relay vote to the company.
Or you can attend the meeting and vote in person by a vote of hands. This is actually a more effective way to vote because AST have been known to go to a vote of hands after not getting the postal vote going FOR and overriding decision.
My decision is to vote FOR.
