Morning Mate, I don't think we all will lose money here. First We've to hear or read about New Investment Strategy. Location of drilling, Oil Reserve and place that we will explore. Also, will be less shares in issue and that means share price can rise fast. However, if the new policy and investment didn't work well, I've to agree with you. PREMIER GOLD RESOURCES - Important Information Proposed Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA), Capital Reorganisation and Name Change. Important Information & Other Key Dates: On 19th March 2015, the Company announced Proposals to enter into a CVA, undertake a Capital Reorganisation and change its name to Prospex Oil and Gas PLC. Trading in the Company's shares on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market was suspended on the following day pending clarification of the Company's financial position. The CVA will allow Premier Gold to eliminate the Company's indebtedness and liabilities and should provide unsecured creditors the opportunity to make a partial recovery of the debt they are owed. Under the Capital Reorganisation every 25,000 Existing Ordinary shares will be consolidated into 1 Ordinary share. Then, each consolidated share will be subdivided in to 100 New Ordinary GBP0.01 shares and 1 New Deferred Share. Holders of less than 25,000 Existing shares will cease to be shareholders in the Company. The Proposals are subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting to be held on 14th April 2015. Following such approval, the Capital Reorganisation is expected to become on 15th April 2015. The Company have not yet announced when the Name Change will become effective. When a company consolidates its share capital the number of shares in the Company reduces. This will impact the share price as the total value of shares will remain the same but there are fewer shares in circulation, so the price can increase significantly. You may therefore notice an increase in the share price before we are able to update your account and provide written notification of the effect on your holding. If you are uncertain if the Capital Reorganisation has become effective please check with our Call Centre before selling your shares as you will be liable for any oversell in your holding. No application is being made for the Deferred shares to be listed on the Official List or admitted to trading on any stock market or securities exchange. These shares have extremely limited rights and benefits attached to them rendering them in effect, economically worthless and will therefore not be updated on to your account. Unless you hold your shares in a ShareBuilder account, no fractions of shares will be issued. Any resulting cash entitlements will be dealt with in accordance with our Terms & Conditions (section 11.16). Should you retain your holding of Premier Gold Ordinary shares we will update you in due course upon receipt of any further information from the Company. uNkwnTrader, I'm not different from you Mate, made some, lost some and my account now it's down again. I just hope some of my investments turn to positive soon. Holiday in June with my Family Mate, and I'll spend a lot with them... lol

Morning uNkwnTrader, How are you Mate? Hope you're okay as well. I have to agree with you & gige and others here about your share price for the next month or more. We don't know how much will be worth. Did you worked out about the value? I believe We will re-start at 0.04 or 0.05 no more. However, if they found massive Oil reserve We will be in massive profit (which I don't believe will happens soon). Do you know if they will explore in Kyrgyzstan? Thanks Mate, have a nice day. Morning Gige, I have to agree with you Mate, but We're already in Gold project which is not our business anymore and We will move to Oil (not a good time) or they are taking the advantage of low price and make profit next year.? Hello Mate, To be honest with You & all here, I don't see this as wrong at this time. We knew before PGR was a big lottery, and we all here was trying to Buy a big ticket with good numbers. Unfortunately, we can all lose the money invested and I agree with you & others here. Also, I believe the next RNs will be crucial for us here. The location, Oil Reserve, Licence and others issues that we know already about Oil Company. I've to say this can be painful and long process and maybe many of us will Sell at loss (included Me), but till they say all this we still have a hope here. Another point we have to consider, the share price (after consolidation) below 6 or 5 (pence) we all will be in massive loss. Let's wait Mate, have a nice week and take care. Hello Gige, How are you Mate? Good to see you're around, to be honest, it's not a good time for us, but I've to keep my mind positive here. As we knew before PGR was like a Russian Roulette for us. I must agree with you and others here I've been greedy this days. My fault? Director Company dishonest? Your fault to believe in those people? Or we all be a big gamble Guys in AIM Market? Mate, I've to say some here (like me) have been included in this list sorry, but it's true and I just hope they (new BOD) be honest with us at this next time. Otherwise, most of us will leave PGR or Prospex Oil alone till the death. (my opinion) Winner, Mate, we never know the next step here, I've been in CNR before consolidation at 0.39 then they consolidate at 62 p (sixth two pence) and I sold at 1.12p (one pound and twelve pence) good work, good profit and I was really happy. (holiday with my model Girlfriend) and today, I don't have CNR and the Model Girlfriend... lol.. uNkwnTrader, Hi Mate, good to see you back to your BB. However, I can't agree with you at this time. Sorry Mate, but We have to see what's coming in the next RNS's. Perhaps, I will agree with you Mate in the two months or maybe less. The problem here (again) can be the Country of exploration, oil reserve, cash flow, drilling process, how many oil ring etc. May be they will turn like Nostra Terra (NTOG) to many oil ring and shares issues. The Oil there didn't pay enough to the company to make profit and shareholders there (included me) are in trouble. Also, some Country (when we find out where) can be in line Mate, I used to look at PESTEL before I trade, sometimes works some not. Let's see Mate, the next RNS's will be crucial for us. Ali, Thanks for the Maths provided Mate, it's really help us here. We need all information possible about "the new adventure" and if you Guys knows or find something please help us. We're at the blind room at the moment, and I don't want to see you Guys & me lose your hard earned money here. I know exactly the risk of Share Consolidation, I saw many Companies from good ideas and business structure(s) go to, bust and disappear. Hope all here have a good weekend.
