Party, we understand that you want to buy at low price - less than 1.13p when you sold, but the fact the Halving will start next Friday 19th can push the price of QBT up for some reason.

Although you can be right or wrong, it's 50/50 chances here at the moment. We don't know the direction of the share price the next few minutes.

Party, I can be wrong of course, but I believe we will move towards to 2p next week. You know the Halving is approaching and the possibility of QBT release an update is higher. Why not secure few shares at this level and if they goes down buy, the remain value that you have in hand. Keep in mind if the live test be positive as we expect, the share price can go crazy. Then you will have less shares. Of course it's your money and your decision, this is my opinion not an advice

Suthy, I think your post makes sense. Soon they report the live test result I'm sure the deal could be the next. Maybe few days or next day. FG mentioned the Lawyers are exchanging the documents and probably by now they are waiting for the result and sign a deal or possible the T/O.

As you mentioned, the Company who buy QBT will have access to everything and they have a monopoly, advantage of the competition. In one hand this is good as the quick money will be overnight, on the other hand, we will lose the big profit here. To be honest, I prefer a deal with one Company, then another and others. The share price can go higher if they sign separate deals instead a hostile take over. Let's wait for the test result first and then we can start to talk about T/O or deals
