When do you think major shareholders and the CEO would want to draw down the first tranche? Do you think it’ll be in one go or as required to allow the shares drawn down to be sold into market so Lionhead Capital Advisors Proprietary Limited Can recoup their investment with a profit.

Some are using terms like “placing” for their own ends. Seems like some want the sp to stay low so they can get back in before drill programme and DFS.
They wouldn’t want others piling in and pushing the sp up before they are in would they.

Wagner aren’t going to build the mine or mine the gold. You reckon Russia will be able to finance a Russian company to take over the licences and mine it ? Can Mali ?

“PHC949 is the second new product from Plant Health Care's PREtec (Vaccines for Plants (TM) ) technology platform; the Company plans one major new launch every year.

- The Company is targeting PHC949 against nematodes (soil pests), a market forecast to be worth $1.6 billion globally by 2025; these pests reduce crop yields by some $100 billion annually.

- In the USA, PHC949 is being co-developed with Wilbur-Ellis for nematode control in high-value specialty crops. Wilbur-Ellis, a $3.4bn distributor of crop inputs, plans to launch the product in the second half of 2023, soon after registration by the EPA.

Backers of a £30 billion tidal energy barrage across the Severn Estuary say the case is now 'both urgent and compelling'.
The Great Western Power Barrage envisages a concrete embankment across the Severn Estuary in which turbines are installed to generate electricity from the tide.
The proposed location is from Lavernock Point, just south of Cardiff, to near Hinkley Point in Somerset.
Exploring tidal power was high on the agenda for last week's Green Growth Western Gateway conference run by the Western Gateway Partnership.
The estuary has a huge tidal range of up to 15 metres and that brings energy generation potential. It could provide 8-15 GW - equivalent to electricity from 500-1000 of the world's largest wind turbines or from 16,000-30,000 hectares of solar panels. It would provide at least twice as much energy as any other UK power plant.

(AIM/TSX-V: MKA) (the "Company" or "Mkango") is pleased to announce that its 100% owned subsidiary, Mkango UK, is collaborating with B&W Group, EMR, GKN Automotive, HyProMag, Jaguar Land Rover and UoB in a GBP3.4 million magnet recycling project, SCREAM, of which GBP2.4 million or 71% will be funded by Driving the Electric Revolution, an Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund challenge delivered by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI).

The budget for Mkango UK's chemical processing pilot plant programme, to be developed as part of the Project, is GBP1.1 million, of which GBP0.8 million or 70% will be funded by UKRI. Mkango UK was established by Mkango to evaluate and develop complementary opportunities in rare earth recycling and green technology in the UK.

Mkango also holds a 42% interest in SCREAM project partner, HyProMag, together with certain offtake and supply rights.

Piedmont Completes Preliminary Economic Assessment for Second U.S. Lithium Hydroxide Plant
BELMONT, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar 9, 2022--

Piedmont Lithium Inc. (“Piedmont” or the “Company”) is pleased to report the results of a Preliminary Economic Assessment (“PEA”) for a proposed merchant lithium hydroxide plant (“LHP-2”) to expand Piedmont’s planned U.S. manufacturing capacity to 60,000 metric tons per year of lithium hydroxide. The PEA results for LHP-2 demonstrate the potential for Piedmont Lithium to expand its lithium hydroxide manufacturing business using spodumene concentrate secured under existing supply agreements with Sayona Mining (ASX: SYA) and Atlantic Lithium (AIM: ALL) as well as other sources. The PEA assumes that Piedmont Lithium’s LHP-2 is located on one of several sites under consideration that share similar physical and operating characteristics with respect to capital costs, acreage, infrastructure, rail access, proximity to transportation routes, potential customers, and available workforce.
The PEA assumes a 30-year life of operations with production of 30,000 metric tons per year of battery grade lithium hydroxide. Projected capital costs are $572 million, with steady-state, all-in sustaining lithium hydroxide production costs estimated to be approximately $10,630 per metric ton (“t”). The PEA assumes fixed pricing of $22,000/t for lithium hydroxide and $1,200/t for spodumene concentrate. Based on these assumptions, the PEA for LHP-2 resulted in a projected average steady-state EBITDA of $346 million per year, an estimated net present value of approximately $2.25 billion, and an internal rate of return of 33%.

Needs more detail re actual numbers. High gas or even Russia turning off the tap will have an affect on costs.
