@gt4 don't worry im not purely buying on your comments. but I do find it interesting and even though my analysis is not on your level its nice it sort of backs up my initial assumption it would re drop to 1800 ish before pushing on again.... so I guess if nothing else its some nice confirmation that im not an idiot
I picked up some more just then at 1995
@GT4. what would you aim for as a buy level now? I've got a buy set at £2050 (which is near enough where I sold that it won't hurt too much... but my original target of it dropping back to sub 1800 seems long gone now)
@rob Thanks. I've got other stocks. NEX, BOO, MRO, EZJ, PLTR, FUBO.
Trying to do my research and not get sucked into typical 'newbie investor' mistakes.... although thats probably already happened with some of my trigger happy buys and sell though.
I'll buy AML again soon and try to sit on my hands more next time. I will hold the long term in the end but the lure of increasing my holding cheaply is too much for a newbie at the moment.
For what its worth. I work fairly closely with a company that stores cars for an AM dealership.
Their new car inventory was all sold through 2020 (they had 74 new unsold cars here at one point). The factory being closed was definitely a good thing!
But I've not seen any new customer DBX come through yet. Only the showroom demo's.
I've been buying and selling them since 50p
I sell when I think its hit a peak and then re buy the same ££ value when it drops. When I sold at 2020 my average for 200 shares was 1600.
We are talking pennies compared to what some of the guys on here are trading! But I find it a fun way of growing my money rather than having it sat in a bank.
I'll re buy £4000 worth when I think its on a bit of a dip again.
But in hindsight ... no I shouldn't have sold on Friday.
im interested... I've been in since 50p and have sold and re bought partly based on chart advice from people on here.
I actually sold at 2020 Friday night as I thought it would drop Monday.
Looking to buy back in at some point but wondered what price to aim for.
Great news. But when it says on Sky News "The deal announced on Tuesday will see Mercedes gradually increase its stake through the creation of new shares."
Does that mean there is to be another dilution?
I wish I'd topped up more at sub 50p now. Ive got a very small holding.
