FAP is mainly expressed by tumours. Most cancers are treated with two or more drugs but often these are unable to be given at the same time. Each drug attempting to break down cancer cells by different modes of action. Being able to give them together helps to prevent resistance forming, overwhelming the cancer cells with one sustained multiple front attack rather than sequential drug deliveries. At least that’s my understanding of one of the benefits. Hope that helps?

Looking at the transactions so far most are above the open price. With several being reported as sells. Wonder why? (I know the simple explanation is that it depends where each transaction falls between the bid and ask) but with the price paid generally increasing it certainly doesn’t seem like selling.

Chris seems very bullish when describing AVA6103 in the recent interview - "It's a truly amazing technology. And that's why I mean that this drug entering the clinic right now is really the inflection point for the company, because if those two inventions, the capping group and the linker, those two inventions, actually do what we think it's going to do in patients, watch out, here we come”.

Decent volume and support so far today. I wouldn’t be surprised to see us hit 80p before too long even without news. Sentiment definitely seems to have shifted. A bit like one of those oil tankers. Takes a while to change direction but when it does there’s no stopping it! GLA

Yep. Strange to see quite a few chunks of shares going through above 70p 200,000, 140,000 etc then the price drops on relatively few lower transactions 🤔 - is it a case of ‘not wanting to be out here over the weekend’? 😜

My small top up this morning was 1433 shares (£1000) making my average price paid of 60.5 in my ISA & 77.35 in my SIPP (most of my holding held in my ISA). I don’t trade. What’s your average Touk ?

Probably not the best price that I could have added at today but happy to add a small amount from this year’s isa allowance. GLA

Avacta will know fairly soon how well the trial is going. They could indicate to potential partners in their reported “ongoing discussions” and we could get an RNS containing early signs of efficacy and safety, or confirmation of II or Big Pharma interest which could be the catalyst for a major share price rerate and be great for patients on the trial. At the risk of being accused of ramping in my view the chances of this are more likely than any more SP dips. A good time to add here and today’s volume and slight rise seem to agree. GLA 🤞

I’ve also completed a small top up as I don’t believe this should negatively affect the overall realisation of value in this company and believe this is the year it will come to fruition GLA

I truly believe we could be in the truly transformative year for patents and shareholders alike. Any funding news does not have to be from a placing but equally could be from a licence deal, even if a placing did occur the results from the beast could well outweigh those effects. GLA
