Dear All,
Part 1 of 2.
As promised, here is my thoughts of how we have got here, what has been achieved and the potential future.
I have been an investor since 2020, often taking part in various fund raises, during that time (been 4) and also experienced the Riverfort debacle. To date the company has raised just over £50m from mainly their loyal and trusting shareholders, primarily PI’s from which they have developed, tested, improved and brought to market, currently two world class tests to meet a virtually unmet market helping human beings in the future.
It is this human benefit that draw me to this company in the first place! Let alone in these difficult times of funding in health authorities, the proven cost savings to health authorities with follow up treatments to patients that is also a major financial benefit to society going forward.
I am therefore extremely disappointed to see what is now being proposed, which I believe along with others is at the complete destruction and expense of the loyal LTH’s with this gigantic dilution of our share capital and sadly (as I have confirmed) virtually impossible for existing shareholders to have participated.
Once again for clarity since there has been some incorrect comments regarding my share position. At the last AGM I owned just over 10%, as declared. Then with the 400m new placing I was diluted to just over 6% and as per my latest TR1 have declared a total holding currently of 10.1%. I have NOT been able to participate, as stated by me previously, in any of the new proposed placings (retail, conditional at 0.002p and warrants attached at 0.004p). My increased holding has been purchased this week at higher levels than 0.002p. I have done this since I do believe in our companies products wholeheartedly but the running and structure does not seem to be working and changes required in order for the company to flourish and grow in the future. I do believe that Gino and his team of scientists have done an excellent job to get the products to where they are at - but sadly the N.H.S, NICE and others, the take up has been slow.
However the B.O.D has the responsibility to make sure of its survival and acting accordingly to protect the company and its shareholders, the later of which is not going to happen with the proposed vote at the next meeting. I cannot see how injecting new shareholders and at the lowest of prices that we have ever seen in our company, helps serve or protect our shareholders and company, at the same time that the Board are so confident to then be loading up with just over 42.5 million new shares plus warrants attached on these that we as current shareholders have been very limited to participate in.
