take it from the voice of experience i once bought shares in a company thru primary bid for £10000 @ 0.40 they are now worth 0.9 before i even got the shares they dropped and never recovered alas i have written it off . ast just looks like PREM to me the word bargepole comes to mind good luck but be careful
