The increase could be 2 to 3 times current share price. Just thinking of Hotel Chocolat. This is the potential danger of waiting on news to invest.
I am certain the banks will lend the money to GGP given that the mine will generate up to 20 billion over its lifetime. Australian banks like the certainty of gold. Additionally, Andrew Forrest can act as Guarantor for the loan, he is worth approximately 33 Billion Australian dollars. His annual dividends are worth 1 - 2 Billion dollars.
