Avocet123 - So now we have Havieron back and are greatly benefitting from the massive dilution .

Do you understand how much money Newcrest / Newmont has spent to get Havieron , within touching distance of getting the gold out of the ground. Without them it would still be just another exploration site needing finances and years behind where we are now.

If you look at the pros and cons of the situation,

it is easy to see CONS

yes we have had massive dilution,

yes it's it's at a really large discount and

yes there is a delay.

However, look at the Pro's

100% owned Haveiron

100% owned Telfer

large areas in WA with much gold potential belonging to GGP

large investment by Wyloo ($100)

large investment by Newmont (taking part of the sale money in shares)

A very experienced board that will need to prove itself, as no more excuses of disclosure agreements.

I believe this is the perfect time to invest in this company. Unfortunately, I have been in this for a long time and still under water but think in the next 12 months will be in a completely different place.

Gold exploration and development company Panthera Resources Plc (AIM: PAT), with assets in West Africa and India, provides the following update in respect of the Company's equity financing as originally announced on 17 June 2024 (the "Equity Financing").

On 27 June 2024, the Company announced, inter alia, that 1,818,182 new Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on around 3 July 2024. While the proceeds have been received, as a result of ongoing delays in registering the shares to a subscriber outside the UK, it is now anticipated that the 1,818,182 new Ordinary Shares will admit to trading on AIM on or around 11 July 2024.

I'm really not happy. A £15k and £13.5K sell, I believe at 2.30ish. Is there another leak. Last time there was a drop an RNS came out 2 days later. Need to know exactly what the toothless FCA do. Anyways rant over and hope it's just an over reaction on my part. Have a good evening all.

OK. I've been thinking about this all day. I am underwater here atm and wasn't happy about the 300M shares that the director's can buy. However, if you think about it we can buy at a premium now and they would have to buy options at nearly 12p when it reaches that. This means that I can buy at over 40% discount to them. The only other time I have seen this and successfully executed it was in Solomon gold back in the old days. If you are still waiting for a great entry price or need to lower your average I think this is a great time to do it....BUT DYOR. However, I understand that some are in deep and are reluctant to buy anymore GGP. Personally, I think in 8 months time I will be in a much more positive situation than I am at present. Anyways good luck to all GGPers.

I've had the same message a couple of times from hl too. Heavily involved in GGP with HL.

Hold on to those shares for a couple more weeks. No point selling at these ridiculous prices now.
