What this means for the 1 July 2026 MiCA deadline

Because the President has vetoed the Act:

1. Poland will not have a MiCA licensing regime in time

KNF cannot issue CASP licences without the law.

2. Polish VASPs cannot legally operate after 1 July

Under EU MiCA, all service providers must hold a CASP licence by 1 July 2026.

3. The only viable path for Polish crypto companies

They must obtain a CASP licence in another EU country (Lithuania, Estonia, France, Luxembourg, Spain) and passport back into Poland.

4. Sejm cannot realistically override the veto

A 3/5 majority is required — the coalition does not have the votes.

The Head of the Presidential Chancellery, Zbigniew Bogucki, gave an interview on 12 June 2026, stating:

The President is “a guardian of the Constitution.”

He vetoed the law because the government rejected most of his proposed amendments.

He argues it would be “illogical” to sign a law he has already vetoed twice.

He blames the government for failing to incorporate his corrections.

@Rob7890 I would like to believe KODAL situation is more than a PR issue.

Something does not feel right even PREM share price is making some progress. This has been my observation from the announcement of the last two shipment on the day of the RNS the share price makes a minor gain. someone or group of individuals sale into the rise. There is an overhang of shares that need to be sold were it is coming from no ideal. We should keep an eye on what happens when news of the forth shipment is made. I have research on what is happening on the ground in Mali does not look like the terrorist situation is affecting production or transportation to port , arbitration outcome has already been priced in. One final rant is it likely the share price can go lower than what is it? my average is 0.38 with a small holding of 2.87M shares. If you are in my shoes would you get more shares now at 0.32 or wait and see if it drops further. I am not afraid of investing in KODAL as the fundamentals are very strong.

Just like you as an invested share holder I am entitle to my opinion its a free public board.

Either

1. Good new on the way next week and those in the know getting in.

2. Pumped for a fund raise.

Or

3. Neither 1 or 2 above

The rise is not accidental something must be driving it. I initially thought it was a classic pump and dump but it is not looking so.

Todays rise is another classic pump and dump hope no one got caught out. look at the spread now 40%. done to lock in new buyer.

What am I missing cannot see any news for the share price rise today. What am I missing or is this another planned pump and dump?

If you are a trader or looking for quick a gain this share would not be ideal for you.

Someone that don't understand what is happening would think todays quarterly report is a big negative, the market does not believe in the company hence the price drop.

Look at the evidence today the 10K sells, the 17K sells

Been holding KOD share since 20/01/2025 bought at 0.44p down to 0.325p. What is my observation on the share price I have been saying this for some time based on my observation we have a large seller(s) that is still offloading is shares any time we have good news and the share price moves North the seller(s) sells into the rise. until the seller stops selling into the rise we may not see a major rise. How do I see KOD the fundamentals are very good. Investment risk is now low compare to 2/3 years ago. we would see share price rises this year but not the spike type rises. For anyone that is still on the side-line still opportunity to get on board.

Can we tell if the million plus share seller is still off loading is shares he has been doing for some time, as this is one of the reason for the share price slow rise .

The $15 million dispute if it goes against Kodal Mineral has this now been priced in or is it likely to lower the share price further?

Beside geopolitical risk in Mali and Lithium price volatility what other risk factor should an investor in Kodal Mineral be looking at?

Stage 2 will cost about $175-million and will be funded with cash flow from Stage 1. (information from Mining Weekly, 5th Dec 2025). I don't see while investors should be worried, fear of dilution has been removed.

It really does look like one of those situations where patience is not just a virtue, it’s part of the investment thesis.

Kodal is in that classic early‑production phase where:

The plant is still ramping

Shipments are becoming more regular

Cash flow is only just beginning

Stage 2 is still ahead and the market hasn’t fully priced in long‑term output

What is our 3rd shipment likely to be 10000, 15000 or 20000?

if we assume a conservative 10 days average of $2100 ( counting chickens before they hatch LOL) before shipping / quality cost adjustment, we should be looking at for

10000: £21M

15000: 31.5M

20000: 42M

For those worried by the share price it would get better with time once sells figures start coming in.
