Yes Keith, 6.6% is nearly 10 %.
So in maths, there’s this rather good thing called rounding. If a number is past the half way point between the two numbers I question for this question we are talking 0% up and 10% up then you refer to round to 10%. Basic maths mate. The only time that rule doesn’t apply is if you work in accounts related field, and the logic applies only to positive balances. Negative balances wouldn’t apply.
