There is not enough income to pay the bills, pay down the debt and do the extra infrastructure work unless they increase the income side of the page with a lot more revenue from sales.

And that assumes they are currently being paid fully for ENEO..

And a fair few bitter and twisted long term traders sitting on huge losses...

I was right about the direction of travel on the Amer share price too.

Jed, as I said before maybe you should have stopped wasting so much time on here and concentrated more on researching the investments that you do hold.

Debs is a basket case - I told you that several times in the last few months. Your gloating about VOG after selling up to buy the DEB crock of cr@p is now coming back to bite you. At least with VOG you'd still be in the game....

No disrespect but if it's the 22500 listed as the only buy today then it's hardly a ringing endorsement.

To save you doing a lot of research it's a coin toss at the moment - could double, they could continue to over promise and under deliver and capital raise again and again and again.

Or they could go to night school and learn that they need somebody on the ground selling rather than digging.

More paper tigers, there have been many since the credit crunch - check out GRG if you want to research a proper scandal.

More often than not it's on the option date for this sort of thing, which looking at the main thrust of the rest of the document and the protections/tie in's that are being proposed is likely to be the case.

But it's semantics in truth - why buy the last tranche at 57p and then not consider topping up all the way down to 14p and ignoring the drop for around 18 months ??

I wont be there but here's a question even Inside track Jones can't seem to answer.

The recent placing will not see this through the next round of CapEx that's obvious. So even if Eneo are paying for their gas and they're not burning through the cash just to pay the bill. AND the debts aren't going to cause a bigger drain on cash flow near term than I think they might - who is selling the gas ??

How many on the ground actually pressing the flesh and trying to create revenue rather than just add costs. I suspect not many and sadly none that are any good judging by the past performance - so why not ask if they could spend some money on an appropriate sales force ?

Two things bitter - Jones is banned every time he sets foot on here (4 from memory), and I thought I was filtered by you - which would be my preference too - so how are you seeing my posts ?

BTW Banjo holding these shares long term is not a badge of honour and certainly nothing to be proud of on any level.

Maybe if you considered some of the informed opinion on here with more of an open mind you wouldn't feel quite as trapped as is obviously currently the case.

It doesn't matter where Mr Dik is based and it had no bearing on the ENEO new contract. ENEO would only sign when ready. For the record and not that is matters Mr Dik splits his time between Douala and London with the odd week back in Dubai to see his family.

Nothing wrong with that and anyway technology nowadays allows online meetings to take place all over the world remotely.

The Sykpe interview was to discuss the fund raise. It wasn't done to give a complete corporate update on everything.

The VOG share investors group has been a rotten disaster. A waste of time and effort. An utter disgrace. Its time the clowns that ran it got off their arses and engaged with the company instead of slagging the company off daily on a message board.

Even on a basic level, who is the sales director how many on the team responsible for what is now easily the most important piece of the jigsaw - sales.

What are the targets - incentives - pay structure for what you’d hope is a team on the ground going out and trying to do business over there. Where is this stuff highlighted in the accounts when is the performance of this team ever drilled down on ?? It’s jobs for the boys it always has been.

And with a notoriously unreliable main customer no news on how much money if any is actually rolling in.

Where are the basic cash flow forecasts or even an indication that the company is cash flow positive, where are the long overdue payment guarantees. What does renegotiating the debt mean - it’s still there - it still needs paying back. How much more will they need to do all of the extra work to get things up and running for gas they can’t sell and when they do they don’t get paid for ??!

It’s still totally weighted in favour of those that pick up the big cheques for their extremely poor performance and perpetual dilution. I said for ages that this company stank and needed investigating but each time I eluded to it my posts were taken down. For me it still stinks so I can’t invest.
