LOL.
Actually it is nearer 7%.... http://wresources.co.uk/shareholder-information/
There is a question raised elsewhere as to how a dissolved company is shown as owning over 6% WRES shares (around 333m). Hansource investments bought the shares in a placing back in Jan 2015. At that time it was 11.55% of the share capital. In fact, the company was incorporated 4 days before that placing. As far as I am aware we have had no RNS's on this company's holdings since then. The company had very little activity, has never filed accounts and was dissolved in 2016. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09392099/filing-history So where are these shares now and why are WRES still showing the dissolved company as a major shareholder? Doesn't look good, does it.

Hi Scott, yes it has been a lovely day in Nottingham so been out most of the afternoon enjoying it while it lasts. I have 150k shares so currently around 30k's worth so still a fair amount value wise.
Not saying you should I have been in since ONZ days as well. Average of 3.08p (after consolidation). I am not a great chart fan myself I don't understand how it works with most aim stocks as they are just so volatile anyway and can move dramatically either way on news.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=99&v=Dnp5F7Twc00 Around 11 mins in she says something like "if it has a daily close below 20.3 I would urge the longs to get out as I think it will go to 12p"
So what do we make of Nic Duke's technical assessment and possible dip to 12p level? I remember a while back I was holding MTR around 3.5 - 4.0p level and she suggested it would drop back to 2.66p. This was not long after it had been around 5 - 6p level. I just laughed and thought she was talking nonsense. Not only did it get there it kept feckin going!
Not gone down so well in Skippy land. MOD down nearly 9% at 4.1c.
Not so good...... Approval of the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for a substantial drilling campaign to test high priority EM and soil anomalies along the T3 Dome has been delayed due to staffing issues at the Department of Environmental Affairs (DEA). Progress is being made and MOD has arranged meetings with senior officials in Gaborone this week with the objective to receive EMP approval for the T3 Dome drilling to commence as soon as possible.
Thanks Stephen. Even so all the uncertainty is not going to do much for the share price in the short term.
Well that is what I don't fully understand Stephen. What exactly does happen to the Talaxis deal in the worst case scenario? They are part of Noble Group after all.
In my view this poor sp is all to do with Noble Group problems. You only have to do a search..... https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=noble+group&rlz=1CASMAE_enGB555GB555&oq=noble+&aqs=chrome.0.69i59j69i60l3j69i57j69i59.2695j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 Debt restructuring NOT a done deal. lawsuits etc

Well looking at his posting history he doesn't say a lot and it is usually to deramp shares. No idea why he has suddenly posted here unless he just wants a cheaper entry.
Assuming of course that following reformulation whatever it is in Viagra that is having these benefits is not taken out as part of the reformulation process.
I wonder how many of those trades marked as sells are actually sells? I topped up with 80k @ 11.40p around 12:55 and marked as a sell as spread was 11.25 - 11.75. Pleased only paid .4p above placing price. That RNS is a big buy signal for me.
Just to be clear I think the whole sentence is just absolute rubbish not just the wrong sp.
"What we do know for a fact is that ARS has seen a nasty flush-out last November when the Sp broke from 12ish down to 7ish, on the back of euphorically smiling managers on PI-investors as well as company directors shaking hands at the Mining & Finance." Chartist, this is total *******s, you reckon this has been 7ish since the START of November?
