MTR hold 77,600,000 shares around 12%.
Oh ok. 2.20 to 1 sounds about right then!
How many shares were in issue in 2014 Ink? Not billions like we have now!
Maybe this is a different method? The jeweller here says impossible to tell if cut the same way.
I didn't mean specifically at me. Anyway, off to cut the grass (really!). Did anyone see this earlier on Sky about man made diamonds? Think I will leave diamond miners alone. https://news.sky.com/story/lab-grown-diamonds-almost-impossible-to-differentiate-from-real-gems-11356476
Think this might be a subtle dig LOL! https://twitter.com/mgmasterman/status/991975653422522368 Ok MM, I will go and cut the grass and stop posting negative stuff!
The shares aren't going to disappear it doesn't work like that.
It may be possible for a company to apply to be restored to the register and, if this is successful, the company comes back to life, bona vacantia ceases to exist and the asset belongs to the company once again. However, if the Crown sells an asset whilst the company is dissolved then the company will not be able to get the asset back. Instead the Crown will pay back the price it received for the asset, less its costs.
A good question. As they have never filed accounts how would they know what assets they own? These investors must have deep pockets if they are so sloppy looking after their quite substantial investment in WRES.
https://hjsolicitors.co.uk/article/recent-case-happens-assets-dissolved-company/#whathappenstoassets So as the company was dissolved last year, how do we know the shares haven't already been sold?
Well what we don't want is the crown flogging off 333m shares.
Well I know that someone else contacted the company on Monday about it.
Er...they do? We advise management on how to fully utilise its communications channels in today's markets. Applying thoughtful insights and meaningful market intelligence, we support management as advocates for their business, often in time critical scenarios of intense scrutiny. We work with our clients' professional corporate advisers to craft clear and robust narrative which can be presented to the investors in the business, to the media and sector analysts as well as the variety of other important stakeholders, including customers, employees, regulators and Government.
Is this definitely the company that works for us? http://www.gablecommunications.com/approach.html Wouldn't think so would you!
Well they talk a good game.... http://www.gablecommunications.com/
I agree Bob on the taking the price down. Filing issue nothing to do with WRES is it! Just had a thought, is it possible that following strike off, the crown started selling the shares?
Oldskool, I don't agree it is not an issue. So, if I am a new investor researching the company and I see that the next biggest shareholder to MM is a dissolved company, am I going to invest? It is not the fault of WRES but to me it just looks bad. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09392099/officers So at the time the company was dissolved the 2 remaining Chinese directors don't seem to have a clue about the responsibilities of the directors of UK companies such as filing accounts which is a basic requirement. I guess they invested the money and just thought it could sit in the entity and they didn't have to do f all else. Funny that their occupations are shown as Investment Manager and Legal Advisor. Clowns!
Did anyone read my posts on this very subject a few days ago? I have already posted all this info.
