Agreed that the fall this morning was overdone. Results looked ok to me as well, but as is often the case in this situation the price has retraced a large percentage of the loss after the first hour. Same with British Aerospace.
Clearly poor management controls, the loss will be booked, and the business moves on. Expect that some will use the opportunity to increase their holdings.
Is there a TR1 missing?. The Jan 19th TRI shows their remaining percentage over 12%. This morning's TRI shows that they held nearly 8% before reducing to below 3%. I don't think they need to make a further TR1 as they head for the exit.
Once someone has been invited to participate but doesn't, the rules seem to be murky. If the financial media get wind of something, it must surely come from someone who decided not to be an insider.
