Truly disgraceful behaviour with no accountability and no shame after all the damage they’ve caused alongside “MrIndia”.

I do not hold grudges. I simply have no tolerance for people who repeatedly take advantage of others. It is worth remembering that all the needless accusations began when I merely expressed an opposing view. Since then, a stream of baseless claims has been directed at me by individuals who, quite honestly, owe several people an apology for their conduct.

You accuse others of being horrible, yet your own behaviour has been consistently sexist, misogynistic, insulting and deeply hypocritical.

This board would be far healthier if some of you left your paranoia, false narratives and personal agendas at the door, and approached these discussions as mature, objective investors rather than attempting to manipulate, mislead or discredit those who speak honestly. Calling out poor behaviour is not “negativity”; it is integrity.

The character displayed by certain contributors here leaves far too much to be desired.

I have seen no accountability or people being calling out those who aggressively ramped the recent trade or started to throw ridiculous suggestion's about, nor any acknowledgement of the harm this could have caused. This has happened time and time again and if you were genuine holders you would be calling out these posters and challenging such behaviours. Instead, I see vulnerable and anxious investors who held from the peak to these levels because they relied on misinformation spread by a small echo chamber. Many are now clinging to the very same individuals who misled them, liking posts without questioning a single thing.

What is especially surprising is that you, of all people, previously faced abuse from this very group for raising legitimate concerns despite being invested. Yet here you are now mirroring their behaviour simply to fit in.

And there is one individual in particular who should be deeply ashamed of their rhetoric. They have been consistently wrong, repeatedly misleading, and even went so far as wrongly doxxing an innocent person at their workplace.

Despite all of this, I genuinely hope every investor affected ultimately does extremely well over time and recovers any losses or missed profits. No one deserves to suffer financially because of the actions or narratives of a few individuals.

I have shown time and again that you appear to give your group whatever fits your story at the moment. You “KNOW” absolutely nothing as your post ironically proves yet again. I noted and reference this in my earlier post, there is also clear distinction between material uncertainty and established fact, something you appear not to recognise. Furthermore, if I intended to provide “one-eyed tripe”, I would have posted the below alongside what you seem to assume I am referencing. Neither of these examples, yours or the below were relevant to the point I was making at the time just like you’ve omitted the below in yours, as I assume it isn’t relevant.

This is my point. Many of you have been influenced by narratives from JustHereForFleecing about brokers, shorters, and all sorts of improbable scenarios. Much of it is nonsense and highlights that some of you have limited understanding of the market.

My concern is not with the share price itself. The issue is that your statement that “the share price has dipped unexpectedly” is naive. The share price has fallen because funding is required and there is market uncertainty. Once funding is secured on reasonable terms, confidence will be restored and investors will look to future progress. The share price is reacting to the management of funding, or lack thereof.

You also need to remember that the £5.6 million represents the best-case scenario if all goes well. The introduction of paediatrics in the trial introduces additional risk as we know. Any halt would increase costs and place the business at risk. While the outcome could, for balance, and we hope, also be positive, a business must manage the risk rather than rely on hope at the riskiest points in a trial. A halt would make securing funding more difficult in an already challenging market and could increase dilution.

I do not care about short-term share price movements, and if I could predict them I would be a billionaire. However, the share price is a useful indicator of market sentiment and investor confidence. It validates one view over another, which was the point I was making and which you appear to have missed.

Some of you are looking for reasons everywhere except the real one, but that does not change the facts. Funding is the elephant in the room and it must be addressed. It really is that simple.

No one has a significant interest in a stock like Hemogenyx to attempt manipulation through small trades nor is it possible due to market monitoring and reporting rules. It is sheer fantasy and nonsense to suggest otherwise. There are plenty of stocks with better liquidity and more trading opportunities that do not require the effort some seem to imagine. Traders are not sitting around placing individual trades each day to influence the price. It is simply a myth created by a few to mislead the vulnerable.

You seem to be conflating current observations with future projections, which is convenient for the narrative you’re pushing.

Mastering manipulation is one thing; applying logic consistently is another.

You seem to fail at applying logic consistently. My points have already been validated by the share price movements and yours haven’t. I’m not looking for approval from those who have repeatedly misled or been wrong. I comment on what genuinely interests me.

To address this anticipated funding shortfall, the Group will require ADDITIONAL WORKING CAPITAL OF £5.6 MILLION BY THE END OF JANUARY 2026 just to continue its product development activities with a primary focus on HG-CT-1 through to the end of 2026. A FURTHER £10 MILLION will be required from 2027 to 2028.

The Group will have INSUFFICIENT WORKING CAPITAL AFTER ADMISSION and further funds WILL BE REQUIRED in the first quarter of 2026 simply to continue operations and complete Phase I trials of HG-CT-1 in adult and paediatric patients.

Haywain, this is sheer nonsense. Focus on what you genuinely understand, rather than the narratives circulating in your WhatsApp group.

At present, there simply isn’t sufficient data to support your claims, nor is there any indication that additional information will be released, despite your repeated suggestions. Similarly, your assertion that DSMB approval would automatically translate into a £200 million market cap lacked any substantive basis as I said at the time.

If genuine value existed, a major player would have intervened by now. They have not, and with all due respect, I trust their experience far surpasses your own.

The simple fact is funding is required to continue, the company has yet again poorly managed this and left themselves in a vulnerable position. The share price is suffering as a result and will do till that situation is clarified and corrected. I have no doubts it will have a huge impact when it is.
