RE: Interview

Selective as always. Says a lot about a man’s character and about this board, which likes your selective summary but not a summary that is unbiased and provides a clear overview.
As you requested, here are the cons (I’ve posted the pros below because, unlike some, I’m not biased):
• There will be a delay, despite what the “LTHs claimed as fact,” as they need to transfer to Made. They prefer this to avoid sharing sensitive information, which adds extra time.
• Recruitment has not yet started.
• Funding will be required longer term. While they will look at the least dilutive methods, the recent raise indicates it came from less ideal sources, as they themselves said when consolidating at £4. The optimist would hope it may be licensed, but I suspect that won’t happen before the current runway ends.
• He has mentioned risks with DLTs, higher doses, and associated parties, points the hype crowd tends to ignore.
Recap of my original summary:
• Next dose escalation will involve adults-only cohorts.
• Delays are expected due to the transfer to Made before adult recruitment can commence.
• Up to 18 patients will be enrolled to determine the optimum and safest dose.
• The second arm will be children aged 12–18. Once the tech transfer is complete, recruitment will begin for the paediatric cohort at the lowest CAR-T dose.
• Each cohort will include 3 patients, provided there are no DLTs. Only 3 CAR-T doses will be used to treat these patients.
• Any DLT will require either an increase in patient numbers or a lower dose.
• Timing is uncertain. If all goes well, they expect to treat 1 adult and 1 paediatric patient per month. However, it’s unclear whether there will be toxicities at higher doses or how children will respond.
• Overall, this is a positive sign, though ultimately a Phase 2 trial will be needed to demonstrate efficacy.
• They are in discussions and could eventually either in-license or acquire.
• Exploring Estonia could generate revenue and provide additional data.
• They’ve raised £2.2 million. The company has a stable run rate but will need more funding.
• Share price reflects progress, having risen 4–5× over the last two months.
Thought I’d repost just so the “cohort” can spend the evening trying to cover it up. Not to mention none of the “LTHs” posted it, I did. They were probably too busy looking at L2. This was also in reply to the misleading post by “LetItRoll in favour of my trade”
