I can't reconcile the July slides with DGR's need for a significant liquidity event in coming months.

Further technical drilling until Q2 2025, and a Feasibility Study over H2 2025? Too late.

There is one significant item outstanding which majors may be waiting for. The Complementary & Amended Investment Protection Agreement (CIPA).

How can this still not be signed? Given the fanfare at PDAC?

I echo the comments about regional exploration being reduced to a single slide in the Appendix. Doesn't sound promising over 2024. Annual report will give further info on expected cash spend on Cacscabel and Regionals over next 12 months.

The same DGR shares that were $0.08 a few years ago (when I bought?!). Now $0.03?

Still, great result if you got the timing right over last month.

More value required by Aug/Sep.

A great RNS to validate Cascabel financials. Although I would have preferred some sign of interested majors.

But what about the regionals? Surely SOLG don't mothball these for another few years, waiting for a liquidity event?

Why is there not progress from the Strategic Review to do something with these?

These would be more manageable than the Tier 1 monster that is Cascabel.

Maybe he was just craving an arepa, and headed off to Elephant & Castle instead.

Also, Scott did say (in recent interview) he would accept a lower offer, and put to shareholders. (In my view to force a higher bid).

Let's say $1bn:

$500m from Franco NSR at, say 6%

$250m from another NSR at, say 3%

$250m JV % stake from Jiangxi at Xp

I now see this as Bob/Scott's 'theatre' to force a bid...

A FNV / Jiangxi financed JV on Cascabel more likely than a full sale in my view.

The question is, will this create a sufficient liquidity event for Nick/CGP/retail to exit on terms they have been waiting for after all these years?

Could be much higher if Newmont or another major show an interest...

... however I think DGR/Nick and CGP-crew are extremely keen to sell this year. So - disappointly in my view - they'll accept what they get offered.

I did notice on Twitter you said "Solgold has said the terms of the loan are 'favourable'. Has someone paid $10m (designed as a loan, probably NON-REPAYABLE) to secure an exclusivity period?"

The RNS said the following re: this Loan Facility:

"Executed under customary terms and conditions appropriate for a loan facility of this nature, it offers favorable repayment options"

Pretty standard wording. Nothing that suggests 'free money' to me.
