Or is all material taken from processing waste? (I don't think it can be, since need somewhere to store these tailings and would be circular to build TSF based on this material)

My understanding is that a pit that was consistently medium to high grade wouldn't be much use? I.e. material is required to build TSF and ideally would use low grade zones for material, which would then provide access to higher grade zones to process and generate funds for the block cave development?

Maybe my view above is naive and if it was all high grade, Solgold would simply source material for TSF from elsewhere.

But to me, targetting and processing any high grade at surface, whilst using low-grade areas for TSF, appears a decent approach?

Have I over-simplified?

- it is consistent with what Dan said at Beaver Creek: a medium to low grade pit with some high grade zones.

This is important to me as it adds credibility to Dan's presentations, and gives assurance to what was said about CIPA, ExploreCo, financing options etc.

He clearly has some issues (which I'd be more sympathetic to if he wasn't so rude).

But if you're anything like me you'll just get annoyed by the constant flip-flopping and your time wasted.

I had been focusing on next TAM update (which I now suspect will be good, but not spectacular) but the Construction IPA will clearly open the doors to bigger fish. A big milestone.

I think I've worked out the reference to ENAMI in the presentation.

Cornerstone had a Strategic Exploration Alliance with ENAMI years ago, covering the Espejo block of four concessions just to the east of Cascabel.

Thanks DJG1234. Agreed the cost of capital may fall. But what I suspect may have a more significant impact on reducing the assumed DFS interest rate - therefore increasing the NPV - is the risk, both operational and sovereign.

Appreciate potential buyers will use sensitivities, and have their own plans, instead of relying on a Solgold-calculated NPV. But an extra $0.5-$1bn would clearly help the headline value.

Hi FTJNY. We can all have good and bad moments. Often I'm guilty of expecting items to be positive/successful (which after all, is why I invest) and similar to Pbow only flag the frustrations where items are behind schedule / uncertain because of lack of Solgold comms.

But for balance, clearly Cascabel is a fantastic asset and having reviewed the PMS slides, management are doing an excellent job turning this around from the debacle of recent years.
