Don't think it's a quick option to generate the guarantee. If one is required for the MR then the MR is some way off in my opinion unless others have better understanding of the situation.

Like most on the board I can read regarding the number of shares that can be issued, but can anyone explain if there is a limit to the number that can be issued.......... Can they issue 5% every day or 20% every week, what about the 144,927,536 ordinary shares that have just been issued, how did they arrive at that number? I'm just asking as it would be good to know. Does the company have to seek permission to issue more shares or is there a cap? "All issuance will be disclosed in accordance with regulatory requirements". What are the "Requirements"?

Good morning Muldoon, perhaps you could explain to me how your message of 07:41 this morning preserves shareholder value when it appears they can issue ATM shares when they like with no limits over the long term.

However, that raises another question, whilst there are limits to the number of shares that can be issued on a daily or weekly basis, is there a maximum number of shares that cold be issued over say a year, what are the controls in place to stop dilution?
