And there we go 2.5 /2.7 with ii
Trust me I'm no expert, but easy to sell and at a premium to the quoted price, so my brokers ii must be trying to manage a buy in the background or trying to recoup shares already sold, either way they will have to increase the bid to attract sellers. It's just my opinion.
Just tried dummy sell of 491,000 shares and offered 2.51
Sorry Crober, 12k could be a punt, you've no way of knowing that its not. Just depends on the size of your total investment portfolio.
Have to agree with Ezhik, look at the bid and offer prices at the time and day of the trade, this defiantly looks a sell.
Since 6th Sept the share price has dropped from £6. Mortgage market still very slow. Expect share price to drop lower. I would be a buyer at £4 ish.
Simple question as I can't see any debt on the accounts? If I'm wrong then I'll apologise.
I can't see any debt on the last set of accounts, do you have any further information on the debt that I can't see?
Dummy sell of 720000 @1.5 with ii, they will take the lot.
How large are you talking, can only see 300,000 share deal as the biggest and that's only +- £3000 ?
Can see the share price going lower.......... Mortgages for new build purchases down. Mortgages for second hand homes down. The only real business is people arranging new deals upon their fixed rates expiring and most will be "Product Transfers" which earn brokers less commission. What do others think?
Crober23, what do you mean "Where are you seeing this?" If your referring to my message 08:02 of yesterday, it was a simple google search for the Mode american ticker and that's why I attached the link:
https://www.wsj.com/market-data/quotes/MODGF
What I can't find is any american press reports, but that may be because as Roleybirkin says, not many traded, see his 09:26 message from yesterday.
Can anybody find a market report from the USA regarding the share price increase? Can only find the following:
https://www.wsj.com/market-data/quotes/MODGF
Https://finance.yahoo.com/news/mode-global-holdings-plc-lon-123759553.html Although dated 13/10/22 the article provides a good overview.
Jimmy, I think you may have miss read the statement regarding the tubing. I read it as the tubing is still required but they have sourced it from France now and not Tunisia, happy to be corrected.
"An alternative to a coiled tubing unit originally sourced out of Tunisia, which is required to run the Sandjet perforating tool, has been now been sourced in France by ECS. This will enable the testing programme to commence at the earliest possible opportunity in September. Shipping logistics from Tunisia, due to competition for vessel cargo space, created uncertainty regarding the exact scheduling of commencement of field operations.”
Thank you Jimmy for a well constructed reply to Art's questions and concerns.
Hartlepoolbob, well that was a constructive statement.......... Perhaps you should be asking if anyone could comment on Art's MOU-1 concerns about the 22 zones, mixed initial results and the "New" technique being used for testing?
Don't shoot people down when they are showing concerns and stating their reasons.
Well, you certainly did have a busy day................ Anything under 1.5m is less than 3% in my book, so you can file the TR1 for another day. As for the numbers holding just under the 3% there must be a least 20 PP's , so that's 30mil. I think the MM are short of stock but i'm not sure if MM are allowed to be short?
Hi Jimmy, just want to check that you'll be completing a TR1 ready for sending off tomorrow! @13:20 today you said "there are investors like my self who hold just under the 3% 1.5 mill and at 16:08 said "Been trying to buy 200000 shares for last 30 mins on lloydes , n/t ". . @16:17 you confirmed "Got them". Great news but i thought you wanted to keep your ownership under 3%? On another point, I think you've underestimated how many PP's own up to the 3% level.
Hi All, As someone said earlier, we are all over 18 and signed the form. Why is it that you all behave so badly on these BB's.
I decide what dribble to believe, what I can't stand for is the bickering that takes place between grown ups. We are all here to make money, so just sit back and act your age. If someone wants to "Big up" a share let them, and likewise if someone wants to "Diss" a share, let them, after all we are all grown ups and have signed the form.
