Billy my boy, ComeK2 statement was not correct that's all I was trying to say. GST have not confirmed that they will make a statement next week regarding Semnet. If you believe that ComeK2's statement is fact then you do some reading and show me the RNS.

Cheers Leew, Just trying to work out how much we'll have to give up initially and how much of the floated company we'll be able to retain for future income assuming all goes well with Sement's future revenue stream.

I asked an earlier question that remains unanswered so I'll frase it in a different way. Semnet are owned by GST 67% and by two of it's directors Ong Siew Phek (23.33%) and Lam Pek San (10%). As and when the IPO takes place how much of the company will be floated and how much of the company will be retained by the current shareholders. GST I assume will have to off load some of their shares upon IPO which will generate a lump sum. Does anybody know the rules surrounding IPO's and how much of the company has to be floated?

What do you mean AHS "What are you talking about". I mean if Semnet does float as there is no guarantee that it will. if it does float what percentage of our share will we sell? It's a simple question is it not?

What % of our stake ( 67% ) would we be selling and or how much of our stake could we retain for future income generation?

Any thoughts?

AHS, the cash that will be generated will very much depend on the % of Semnet we sell on the IPO and the % retained. How much of the 67% do you think we would have to offer up in the IPO?

Cober33, not wishing to split hairs, but the company said the following on the 6th dec "In the meantime, the Company will make an application to the FCA to restore its ordinary shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange".

Perhaps it's the FCA that are holding up the relisting? Before you ask I am a shareholder and want Mode to relist. Just get a bit tired when people don't write the truth.

Janiax, don't really look at the number of shares, just the sum invested. Made a reasonable sum on FAR, just taken a little of the top for a punt. You never know with shares.

That's a few buys @ 0.05 Can confirm my purchase which is not showing was also at 0.05 Could get interesting .

The latest placing states it was taken up with an institutional Investor with 5,000,000 shares. Why has a TR1 not been issued as the 5m represent over 3%?
