The Board of Iconic is pleased to confirm that it has now entered into non-binding heads of terms with the owners of ITS Holdings 2023 Ltd (the "Target"), the holder of the entire issued share capital of In the Style Fashion Ltd, an online fashion retailer, in connection with the potential purchase of the entire issued share capital of the Target. The proposed transaction is, inter alia, conditional on the completion of legal and financial due diligence on the Target.

But would like some costings. Recent posters seem to agree about the future and not to worried about expenditure but a growing base. Lets hope it all comes together over the coming months. Have a good weekend.

Ria20, all I'm asking is do you agree that the RNS only shows the revenue from the expected gold mined and that to be of value and to provide a fuller financial picture, it would be helpful to know the expenses of mining said gold. I agree with what you are saying about the future of the company.

Justlookatthat, please can you explain why when I make a perfectly valid observation regarding profit against revenue you say I'm deramping. I have no intention of deramping, I'm purely stating the obvious regarding the RNS which did not mention net profit or costs of running the mine verses the value of the gold produced.

Ria, you have not answered my question @11:14, but instead you state other facts. I agree that the company is making progress but please take time to read my 11:14 message and answer the question yes or no!

Ria20, from the RNS earlier today it states that the company is taking over an existing mine, surely they would have undertaken due diligence before entering into the takeover. The company must know how many oz were being mind and the costs incurred to generate the oz. As a shareholder I'm pleased that progress is being made, but until the costs are disclosed we are in the dark about profitability, surely you must agree with this ?

I've got to agree with Tray556, the RNS only states revenue.......... What about the costs or running the machinery? Hopefully there will be further disclosures fairly soon. Anybody that watches these mining shows on discovery will tell you the costs in fuel and machinery are very high.

Rightinvestor, I'll rest easy over the coming weeks after your investment judgement.

Share trades are missing, no large trades 1m + shares not showing. Be interesting to see trades after the market closes.

Hi, Following asking for help/advice from the BB last week, I received the following reply from ii today: Thank you for your Secure Message. You may recall ii limit the limit sell order to a max of 25% of the current share price:

"Regarding the 25% limit, it's our policy to in order to protect investors from errors when placing limit orders or unrealistic limits being placed, which on illiquid stocks could potentially mean they would trigger.

Can anybody explain why the cost is so high £176,000 to purchase 7.5 million shares? Likewise with the 5 million share purchase?

Devilbhoy, could you possibly explain how Limit Sells work in the market, just saying that RogerJolly "Doesn't know what he's talking about" doesn't really help. I'm sure plenty of us would welcome you input an knowledge on Limit Sell orders. Thank you.

Devil Boy, I'm not an expert in trading and don't profess to be, but as Roger Jolly say's, if placing a limit sell order stops brokers from lending stock, then I'm happy to place the order, I've got nothing to lose, probably should set a sell order at 20p.

Hi RogerJolly, Just tried again to limit sell 1m @ 10 and it won't let me do it. Written an email. Just don't understand why they are limiting my trading/future trading.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll try calling them. Not sure why they don't allow any price, i'm sure they have their reasons.
