Well the update came.
Interesting small article on sp. Was negative did not like the increase in debt and balance sheet weakness which is reflected in the current Sp.

So h2 is really important which i know is a statement of the obvious. My aa renewal due soon cant wait as we are high value customer so i am going to push them hard to get smart breakdown include in the current price.

Then need to see the sales team really deliver and lexus nex contract get underway.

Hopefully next update in feb will be positive and brexit underway with a decent con majority.

Still zero value in this sp so huge potential if they get it right.

Must be planning for £30m rev next year.

They will merge with miroclise at somepoint just a case of when the jw can exit with £££££
Plus makes perfect sense to consol in due course.

I agree. I thought it might head back to the 80p to 100p range at one point based on historical movements but the news flow has been too positive.

The ST view of £20m rev and cash profits of £10m in the next couple of years is positive.
Worth checking out their lastest update you can go on and look at the sections they are selling by market to all developers. Very interesting the top ones are priced at around $2000 usd per day.
I know they get a % but is worth looking.

My view this is a low ball offer to get it on the cheap using the debt as an issue. Sounds to me like trading is ok and they need to get the deal done asap before they release any results.

What are timelines now ?? I will have a look and vote against.

The only spanner in the works for them could be a counter bid.

They can see value so sure that others will be looking to see if they could also get it on the cheap.
